PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Packaging, colour, presentation, and other minor details may vary. Product availability may change without notice. Product information is not medical advice; customers are responsible for considering their own dietary needs, sensitivities, and caffeine intake.

ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify, accept, refuse, or cancel an order, including when a product or price is incorrect, an address cannot be served, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If a paid order is cancelled, the relevant amount will be refunded as required.

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Orders may be subject to a minimum order value and delivery-area eligibility.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds. Available payment methods include online card payment through Paymob and manual transfer through InstaPay. An InstaPay order remains pending until The Brewery verifies receipt of the transfer. Any applicable delivery fees or other charges are shown at checkout as configured. The customer is responsible for charges clearly disclosed before the order is submitted.

DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND PRIVACY

Delivery is governed by the Shipping and Local Delivery Policy. Returns and remedies are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful material, or infringe another person's rights. Store content, branding, graphics, photographs, and written material belong to The Brewery or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, The Brewery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian authorities and courts.
