Shipping policy
The Brewery currently provides local delivery within 10 km of either of our eligible dispatch locations in Cairo. Delivery availability is calculated from the delivery address entered at checkout.
- Orders delivered within 5 km of an eligible dispatch location are charged EGP 25.
- Orders delivered from over 5 km and up to 10 km from an eligible dispatch location are charged EGP 50.
- Addresses outside the available 10 km delivery areas are not eligible for delivery.
- A minimum merchandise order of EGP 300 applies to local delivery.
- We currently offer same-day delivery within the available delivery area. Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by order volume, traffic, weather, address verification, and events outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, select the correct suggested address during checkout where available, and provide a reachable Egyptian phone number. We may contact the customer to verify the order or delivery details before dispatch.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, or the recipient cannot be reached, additional delivery charges may apply to a new delivery attempt.
Please inspect the order when it arrives. Report missing, incorrect, damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective products promptly by emailing info@thebrewery.coffee with the order number and clear photographs where relevant.
